Location
We are located in Central Hawke's Bay among coastal hill country typical of the North Island's East Coast and six miles inland from the long sandy beaches of Porangahau, with it's genuine nine hole golf links, and Blackhead known for it's outstanding rock and sea fishing.
To our north within a twenty minute drive are vineyards and golf courses in abundance, and trout fishing in the well known Tukituki River. A further twenty minutes takes you to the heart of Hawke's Bay Wine Country.
Driving Directions
From the North or South travel to Waipukurau. Then turn South East onto Porangahau Road - drive for 20 minutes and cross the Wallingford Bridge (a long straight concrete bridge) - now take the FIRST turn on the right which is our driveway lined with Oak Trees. You will see our sign and you have arrived.

Travel Times
Driving time to North to Waipukurau, which has banking, dry-cleaning, hairdressing and other facilities - 20 minutes
South East to Porangahau Village - 15 minutes
South East to Porangahau Beach - 20 minutes
North to Hastings and Havelock North - 60 minutes
South to Wellington - 4 hours - via Palmerston North or Wairarapa
North to Napier airport - 90 minutes
South to Palmerston North airport - 90 minutes
Waipukurau aerodrome - 20 minutes
Wallingford Station has it's own airstrip and helicopter pads
